We just got home from the game. It was awesome. Unexpectedly, the uofl fans outnumbered us at first. But then at halftime it was about even because a bunch of people left. I estimate the stadium was about 75% full at first, which was a lot more than I expected. The Cats just looked bigger and stronger all over. Even our freshmen looked physically more gifted and mature than their guys. I know uofl is awful, but if we get Gran to call games like that we will light up some scoreboards next year. Wilson looked great with probably one of his best games as a Cat. Rose, Rodriguez, and Smoke give us great depth at RB next year and you have to think Bowden will be a first team all SEC player. I can't really put into words how much I despise the University of Louisville, so it was awesome.

What a glorious morning lol. I think this season ranks as the third best in program history, so congrats are in order for the team and the BBN. Love reading the comments from some stating this is the best season of their lives. 1977 was a ridiculously long time ago. Let's go win a bowl game!!!

Congrats on a great season. Not since 1984 has UK gone 9-3. Not many predicted this. I know I didn't. Enjoy, because it may be another 35 or 40 years before UK does this again. It will be interesting to see where this team lands in the bowls and who their opponent will be.

Dave Baker said C.J. had a hip pointer but would return. I left, at that point, so I don't know if he played in the second half or not. I read that Benny had a back bruise.

It's not out of the question to do it again next year. We have a pretty favorable schedule, should have a pretty darn good offense, and will have one of the better defensive lines we've ever had. If our secondary is solid (and from what we've seen from the younger guys it very well could be) we could have another special year.

Was at the game. It was a much needed win. Don't look now but our offense seems to be coming around. For all the hand wringing we really had a special season. Now let's get a new years bowl victory!
