KENTUCKY vs Texas A&M Game Thread.

WOW, even the announcers said it. They didnt put the ball in Snells hands. No excuses!!

The defense played hard and A&M made enough mistakes for KY to win. The offense fell flat on their face. They spent too much jaw with the A&M defense, penalties and bad play calling.

I know you support the staff, but doesn't a small part of you wonder why we don't just give it to Benny?

IF that comment was in support of the staff play calling I would like to hear a defense. Stating the obvious that it didn't work is....well obvious.

Its not so much that it didnt go to Benny in particular but we tried something we havent been able to do for the last 4 quarters!! Thats what kills me.

We are all happy with the over all record but the discussion is play calling. We needed a yard.

I support the staff...I also call em when I see it. Bad play call by Eddie Gran, or terrible execution by Terry Wilson, or both. Butler can't nail it....ball game.

Great effort by the defense. Oats played lights out. Allen...always.

Beat Mississippi State, beat South Carolina, lose in College Station in OT.

I take that. Week off, then Vanderbilt two weeks after a Georgia whipping, and catch Missouri after the Tide has em.

Play like we are capable and I Still see a historic season.

Stoops has done great things for this program and I support him...but man he’s such an idiot sometimes.

Coaches over complicated that series. Terry got sacked a whole bunch tonight, why trust him to make a play?

What we watched tonight is the difference between big time college coaching and mediocre coaching. I admit that Stoops recruits, motivates, and organizes with the best of them. But his game judgement and management is terrible. I have watched him lose a half dozen winnable games due to poor in game coaching. As for Gran he doesn’t seem to have a clue IF his primary game plan isn’t working. Yeah I,m angry, this could have been a once in a lifetime season, instead of just a great one, we will never know cause the coaches blew it.

The bye week comes just in time. We have to regroup offensively, and hopefully we'll be back in full state of health too.

I'm thrilled with this season. I predicted 8-4 with losses to Florida, Miss St, A&M, and Georgia. But, it's aggravating we have a RB who could get two yards against a brick wall and Gran tries to get cute. Clearly Wilson wasn't ready for that atmosphere and there's nothing wrong with that, but the staff should've realized that and not gotten complicated. IMO, we run a direct snap to Benny. Twice if need be. Go for a big win on the road riding your best player. There's absolutely no excuse Snell doesn't touch the ball in OT.

I know you support the staff and I call em like I see em too Bill, and I would have called something different too. Our offense seemingly weakened when Jackson went out, and with one starter already out, it depleted our OL and they just couldn't compete with the A&M front. Jackson wasn't the same when he came back in. With the break next week, we will heal and be prepared for UGA and the rest of the season.

Georgia is the ONLY team left on this schedule I have a super strong doubt about....but the Dogs usually lay an egg at least once a year.
i think every other team the Cats are an exceptional match (or better) for.
