I'm still not happy with having to pay $200 for the privilege of getting to buy the pass on top of the KFund forced fee assessment. But what do you do? I like being near our tailgates and not having to fight for a parking spot. I also believe, while reasonable by SEC standards, tickets are very expensive when you talk about a family of 4, parking and refreshments. Plus, if you live out of town, there is the drive time and $$ for gas. Watching at home on a HD TV is more appealing.

I don't buy a parking pass but if that were a requirement, I wouldn't be buying season tickets. It would price us out, irrespective of how it is handled. The KSRBar is going to have a LexTran shuttle to and from games and they have a large parking lot. That sounds like a fun tailgate alternative.Originally posted by John Stuart MillHe who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that... I agree with the poster above who said that it's an ongoing issue with sporting events. Even before the Bengals recent woes, attendance at games on Sunday has been declining. I think in general there's a market correction beginning to occur where the growth and ticket prices have gotten out of hand. I have no idea what season tickets cost now a days but my guess you're looking at a few hundred in 'donations' before getting the right to purchase tickets. I know UK has to pay for those stadium upgrades somehow, but $500 or so for the right to purchase tickets plus the actual ticket costs and that's a pretty sizable commitment.Comment

The Filed Club, Mezzanine, and Lodge seating is in a different stratosphere with $1250 - $2500 per seat K-Fund donations added to a $371 base ticket.
If they can sell em... more power to them.
EDIT to add: There are crappy, upper deck, corner seats for $254 and no donation. (not to offend anyone that sits there just not my preference) Then again, I won't take free tickets to Rupp if it is upper deck on the ends.Last edited by Spiritof96; 08-20-2018, 03:19 PM.Originally posted by John Stuart MillHe who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that... There are non-donation tickets available. The base season ticket price is $329 per seat. If you want K-fund seats, (chair backs lower arena) the starting level donation is $100 extra per seat. K-Fund donation levels go up from there at $225, $300, $450, $525, $1000. PER SEAT!

Those upper deck corner seats aren't bad. Compared to the majority of SEC stadiums there really isn't a what most view as nosebleed seats in Kroger Field. I would take those seats over upper deck in Rupp everyday of the week.Isaiah 5:20Comment

I hadn't realized there were still no-donation seats available. I've sat behind the end zone, and while it's fine if the game is on that end of the field, when it's on the opposite it kinda sucks. I would actually rather sit in those upper deck corner seats personally.

I agree with you guys about the Rupp seats, at least directly behind the goals. I'll sit in the upper deck on the long ends of the court without complaint, but I won't bother with the hassle of parking or the crowds for seats behind the goals.

My seats are low down in the upper deck and that is my preference. I would happily sit in the loge seating area... but wouldn't /couldn't afford that. Maybe it's from watching sports on TV but I like the elevated vantage point so I can see all the action. Years ago I sat in the corner end zone for the outback bowl and felt like I missed 2/3 of the game.
When I was in the marching band, our seats were terrible and you couldn't see half the game.

There are many non K fund seats that are excellent. My seats are 11th row upper north on the 47 yd line.
As stated above, you can see everything on the field as it is developing. This year we have bench back seating.
It's not chair back but still very welcomed.Eight is great--Time for NineComment

I was just looking at the pricing - it seems there are plenty of seats, including the entire north side of the stadium that don't require a Kfund donation. I'm intrigued by the $217 mobile package that gets delivered to your phone. Anyone done this? Am I understanding it correctly that you get a seat wherever there's capacity the day before each game?Comment

Seating Locations- Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games with the Kentucky Football Pocket Pass?
Yes! Seat locations will be assigned the day before each home game, based on available inventory that week. Please note that the time you accept does not impact which seat location you're assigned. - What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?
If you can't access your Kentucky Football Pocket Pass via text message, you may access your Pocket Pass through the UK Athletics app. - What do I do if I need ADA seating?
Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 in advance of purchasing any Pass tickets to verify accessible seating is not sold out.
- How do I get into Kroger Field with my Kentucky Football Pocket Pass?
Your ticket for each game can be found within the UK Athletics app. Upon logging in, you will be provided with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Kroger Field. - How do my guest(s) scan in?
Your guest(s) can either enter Kroger Field with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply select the "Transfer" button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s). Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest. - Am I eligible to purchase a season parking permit with the Pocket Pass?
The ability to purchase a season parking permit is only available with a standard season ticket package. However, Pocket Pass purchasers are able to access various single-game parking options offered by UK Athletics. Visit UKathletics.com/GameDay to learn more.
