I heard that it was in keeping with UK's squeaky clean image thing. Coach Leach was here when all the stuff went down on Hal Mumme's watch. Although he wasn't implicated, in any way, coach Leach has forever been blackballed from coaching at UK due to guilt by association.

So, if I'm him, I'm thinking I capitalize on my success at Kentucky by moving on to a real contender. Draw more attention to myself that way, maybe get a better shot in the draft - at least find a way to get some cash before I fail to make a roster.

I'm not saying they should. I'm just wondering aloud if he's thinking that way.

KY making UL look like world beaters now. Everything with UL had been easy. Everything with KY has been a struggle.

This is painful! UL has had the ball 7 times today. They have 4 TDs, 3 FGs 0 turnovers and 0 punts. Their punter won't even have to shower after the game.

No, I certainly don't want that. But, in those times, it was easier to just brush it off and realize that we didn't have talent to compete in the WAC, let alone the SEC.

Now, we really don't have that excuse. So it just becomes more infuriating.
