It's time to get started with this years Football questions and answers. This is how it works. Between now and the NC game, I will post a rules question each Monday in the Football Officials and Coaches Forum. During the week, make your best guess at the correct answer and post it. On Friday each week, I will post the correct answer with the rule reference. We are looking for the NCAA answer, but I will also post the answer as it applies to the HS game. Participate, have some fun and learn more about the great game of college football.
