    WCN SEC Fantasy Football 2017?

Would anyone be interested in drafting and playing SEC-only fantasy football teams for 2017?

This is just to gauge interest; if there is interest - both in participating, and (hopefully!) maybe also with administering it, maybe this is something that could take off here this year.

It could be a fun and interesting way to get to know players throughout the rest of the conference: not just the stars, but also the up and coming talent we're more likely to know better in 2018.

Does anyone have any interest in either 1) drafting and playing an SEC fantasy football team or 2) helping tabulate scores? (The two are not mutually exclusive, but my thought is that there should be a single league commissioner who does not have a team. Though I think playing would be the most fun aspect of this by far, I'd be willing to be the non-team-owning commissioner...but I'd gladly take any help anyone could offer.)

CBS has offered free tabulations and all that before.

I don't see how it's at all legal, in the same way EA had problems with it's NCAA CFB games, but...

It's legal because it is free to play, or at least it used to be. I played it for a few years, but haven't in at least 3 years. If they charge now, then I agree with you. I don't see how that could be legal. Being it is CBS I am sure they charge now. Started my fantasy football journey around 1992 and it was free then. They slowly started to charge a fee. It is now like $180 for them to run your league. Talk about making money hand over fist! They are the best fantasy managing site BY FAR, but those fees are a little ridiculous.
