Jimmy Haley...converted to TE, then led all TEs in the country in receiving until injured. ESPN Play of the Day with a one handed TD grab at Louisville in 1998 (Kentucky 68, Louisville 34). Then he selflessly moved to the other side of the ball to play as an undersized defensive lineman. Curry burned his redshirt in the last game of the season against Tennessee, otherwise we'd have had him for another year.

I couldn't find a photo in a Kentucky uniform, but here's one of my favorite DBs...

35 Cartier Rice, right after batting down a pass into the hands of Anthony Mosley to preserve Kentucky's 2010 win over #10 South Carolina, the eventual SEC East champions that year. Marcus Lattimore had three first half TDs and Kentucky was down 28-10 but came back to win.
