            LOL. Nope. I haven't had television service of any kind in my house since 1993. No antenna, discs, digital, or anything else. I have NO idea what's on the TV and could really care less. I choose to do other things instead.

                  Correct you are, MC. Dec. 23rd is the recognized date, although people observe Festivus at different times throughout the year.

                            I have tried to do away with cable since I got married; but there are too many things that I or the Mrs. consider "indispensable". We watch about an hour or so a night; but I have this fantasy life where I am able to move more quickly through my reading list, go to bed earlier, and am generally more productive with my time.

                            Ergo, I am interested in those who live differently than I do.
