We used to have a thread about it. Anyone still watching? I have been a faithful watcher since Season1 and I must say that the first three episodes of this season is awesome. Best show on TV IMO.

This seasons first three have been really really good, but last nights episode crushed me a bit. I wont go into detail for the spoilers but I think you would know what Im talking about. After the episode I thought about it and how the theme so far has been you cant save everyone and that led us to what happened.

However as I have trolled the internet there seems to be hope among some fans on what actually went down.

Same feeling here, man. I really think that outside of the Season 1 setup, and the episodes with The Governor, that these first three episodes have been the best in the series. I was definitely crushed last night, but the series has proven that things don't go down this way. I'm holding out hope but not for too long as Negan and Lucille are coming.

I agree. The next episode is gonna focus on Rick and how he escapes the horde that came upon the RV. And he didn't get bit. He cut his hand killing that walker who had the machete sticking out his head. Episode 5 or maybe 5 is when we will find out about Glenn.
I don't think he's dead either Downes. Lots of theories, but I'm hamging onto the fact that he wasn't on Talking Dead and no In Memoriam. He had that flare gun in his hand.

The next episode is a 90-minute Morgan-centric special. Fine with me, as I think Morgan is one of the few good things this show still has going for it.

Good episode last night. Morgan is one my favorite characters. I liked his backstory, but being that zombies have taken a back seat to some really sick and evil humans, I just can't see how Morgan survives beyond a season or two, Unless they make him keep disappearing then reappearing throughout the show. Regardless, the wolves character he let "live" could come back to haunt him.
