LMAO!!!!!! Last year at Thanksgiving, my gal and me and another couple rented a cabin down there for several days. We came upon Miguel's and were simply blown away. The field behind the place was FILLED with campers. Parking lot packed. We finally got in and not one seat was available. We got out of Louisville to get away from people, and then ran into Miguel's lol.

The rock climbers camp at Miguel's. It's always packed with them when I am there. Went for the day last year so we stop there and eat. We had to sit out back under the covered porch. They have these climber holds on the roof supports and these guys are grabbing and pulling themselves up right in front of my family and I. It was rather rude if you ask me.

I gave up soft drinks for the most part. The only thing I drink is an IBC root beer out of the glass bottle once every week or two. I have actually never had Ale 8.

Sioux City's Sarsaparilla might be a tasty treat for you to try. My local grocery has 'em in 4 packs.

wasn't taken that way. I put the disclaimer on my facebook post.

I hiked up to Hole in the Wall. along the river then up. There were a couple campsites that I remember to really be garbage dumps 35-40 years ago that were pretty clean now

I totally get Ale-8, BUT growing up in louisville in the 60's, 70's and early 80's the drink of choice around here was Big Red.

My 2nd favorite. When my Uncle lived in Buffalo, he would take home a couple cases when he went back after a visit.
