    Last Night's Storms (3/15/26)

I hope that everyone that was in an area affected by last night's storms made it through ok. We had both severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings but thankfully nothing materialized. We had some lightening, thunder, high wind and rain but nothing serious.

I went downstairs. I am respectful of Mother Nature and her Boss. I could hear wind. Lights didn’t blink. Lots of folks without power this morning. No damage here.

I probably would have as well if it had not been for my wife's phone and the tornado warning siren. My wife's phone gives severe weather warnings 24/7. I believe her phone made the announcement sometime between 1:30 A.M. and 2:00 A.M. Then the siren started shortly thereafter and lasted until the threat had passed.

That would have woken me up as well. I don't think we actually had a tornado warning where I am.
