      Hard to argue with STH as a top 10 although Zep isn't my cup of tea. Carry On My Wayward Son is a top 10 song of classic rock? Uh...no. Paint It Black is a great song but almost impossible to single out one from the Stones. Hate Queen so BR would not be on my top 250 (not sure it's even a 'rock' song, honestly). Comfortably Numb makes my head numb it's so soporific. A Day in the Life - yawn. For its time, it was groundbreaking. But, it's basically a McCartney ditty welded onto more of Lennon's psycho babble - another one not my jam and, tbh, not even among the top 25 or 30 Beatle songs, imo. Baba O'Riley or Won't Get Fooled Again - no argument. Two Pink Floyd songs - really? No Kinks? No CCR? No Dylan? Beach Boys? Fleetwood Mac? Animals? Rod Stewart? The Doors? Way too many to even scratch the surface.

      These top 10 lists are always hilarious because they're 1000% subjective and there will never be a list that even a majority would agree upon. I'd bet picking the top 10 classic rock bands would have a WIDE range of bands named, depending on who put it together. And picking the top 10 songs of that era - good luck.
