    Physical media

Any collectors on here? I've started back at it and I can kick myself in the rear for getting rid of all my movies and cds years ago. With physical, it's yours forever and don't have to worry about the plug being pulled on it with just a click. It also looks and sounds better due to the compression streaming services use.

I don't have any way to play my CDs anymore. Or the few Blu-Rays I have either.

      I have a few DVD's but I have a component stereo system that plays cassettes, cd's and vinyl. I probably have at least 200 cd's, about 150 lp's and about 400 45's.

Blu Ray players are cheap now and they play music cds.

That stuff is precious now Matt. At least to me it is. This youtubetv/Disney debacle has got me in a vendetta kind of mood. I'm done with paying for things that I can buy on the cheap while making these companies richer. I'm getting my media back and it's mine. I own it. Not Disney or Amazon or Netflix and whoever else offers streaming media. This is my personal preference and I don't begrudge those who choose to watch or listen how they want to.

Same here. My vinyl is old stuff. It's probably worth a nice chunk of money, but I can't bear to part with it. At least not at this time.
