The only thing about it is it gets dark extra early on the clock. There’s a problem with striping on our roads. Worse in the dark or rain...safer to leave work early, which can be limiting.

Driving at night period is a challenge for some of us. Dark and rain, only if I have to and I stick close to home.

I agree with you ladies. I'd say it's been 10 years or longer since I've driven at night.

The city was going to build a hugely expensive new convention center to attract more events to the city. I’ve talked to young and older who agree our striping is in need of repair. Apparently, there’s a kind of paint that’s higher quality. I’d rather my tax dollars go to restriping with paint that’s more visible and lasts.

Driving south there's some good stretches where the lines are bright as well as the signs. There's no reason our roads can't be like that.

Wish they would leave it the same as it is during summer. I don't care if it's dark in the morning. I can't sleep very late anyway. But I like the extra hour at night to go outside and get stuff done.
