    Ryder Cup 2025

We have several golf enthusiasts at WCN. I personally love the Ryder Cup. It kicks off at 7:10 am tomorrow at Bethpage Black course on Long Island.

I’ve been to some of the PGA Championships at Valhalla as well as Sunday at the Ryder Cup at Valhalla. Honestly the energy level is no comparison. The players and fans alike feel it. It’s awesome.

    Go USA!

It's almost over already. Will probably be 12-4 at the end of the day today (Saturday).

What was Bradley thinking sending Morikawa and Henley back out for foursomes? Unreal. Morikawa is the worst putter on tour.

Think he’s caught a lot of flack about that—deservedly so. Honestly Young and Cantlay are the only ones who showed up. Spaun and Burns have been OK. Overall it’s been an embarrassment. On home soil. Luke Donald went to college and has played his whole career here. Maybe he could captain our side next time around. Shrugging emoji

Scheffler looks like he would rather be somewhere else.. He has sucked.

Yep. And DeChambeau was the X-factor (according to some writer). He has shown some emotion. But he’s 1-3. Painful. Looks like a Sunday for football and the Reds. Can’t believe the Ryder Cup isn’t even interesting at the start of Sunday. And it’s actually 2 cups in a row.

Didn't watch it as I don't really follow golf. But, the behavior of the US fans was downright embarrassing. I don't know what happened in the past decade or so, but society as a whole is much coarser, some people don't believe their actions will have any consequences so they can say/do whatever they please, etc. What happened to common courtesy and manners? Golf has been a 'gentlemen's' game not some raucous, hoodlum affair for centuries. Screaming F-bombs next to players' families and cheering bad shots is the epitome of the Ugly American and the poorest of sportsmanship. I wish the organizers would have called a halt midmatch, cleared the golf course of all spectators and allowed the competition to go on. Enough with this out of control behavior.

I agree. And I don’t recall it being that way 2 years ago in Rome.

Agree. Many people have just become plain awful.
