1. Verena Street-"Julien's Breakfast Blend"
2. Coffee Times (Lexington) - Italian Espresso Roast or French Roast
3. A very distant 3rd. If I'm doing grocery store coffee, Dunkin' Original Blend Medium Roast whole bean is ok.
Small amount of half and Half (not milk)
I and others on the board endorse the Moccamaster coffee brewer. I prefer the Thermal Carafe Brewer with no hot plate as it is simpler and has fewer components to fail.

No matter how bad things may seem, you can always make them worse.
I prefer a breakfast blend straight black. The Wife drinks coffee with all that sweet stuff in it and iced. I'm sorry, but that's not coffee. To each their own.
Not a connoisseur at all. Like it middle of the road strong. Medium/medium dark. Milk and Stevia (I avoid unnecessary sugar, if possible). We've tried a bunch of different types, brands, ordered from Amazon, Costco, bought beans locally at Aldi's, etc. For the most part, some are a bit better than others but nothing has really grabbed us and said, 'This is the only coffee you need to drink'. The only possible exception is the New Mexico Pinon coffee (in bright red bag) beans - very flavorful, but difficult to find unless you want to pay >$1.00/oz online. While I like it better than others, I'm not sure I like it twice as much and it usually costs twice as much as Aldi's beans, which are pretty good.
Nothing special for me; Folgers half-caf is my usual. Definitely not a coffee snob.
Have made our own half-caf by mixing Kirkland Colombian (brown can) with Kirkland Decaffeinated.
My only hard and fast rule is fresh coffee every morning with breakfast, I can drink reheated leftover any other time of day.
Hello All! You may see some things bouncing around, colors changing, and functionality being added and removed as we look at how to make some requested...
With the recent discussion of rules and what is and is not posted I set out to find what our mission statement originally was and this is what I found:...
