I want to say Rapper's Delight by Sugarhill Gang and Friend's in Low Places by Garth Brooks, but I dont feel like they would be in the top 25.

Got to thinking. If you count some of the Sound Track singles from musicals, that would be a whole nother story Or another thread

Unless I missed some, I believe we got five and one of those was given to us.

Remember what I said about the list being bunk? "Wind of Change" ought to be an even greater piece of evidence

                        It was fun, though!

I'm really surprised at some of the songs on the list. For example, "Hound Dog" wasn't one of Elvis' better songs, in my opinion.

After Surveyor guessed White Christmas I thought there would be a few Christmas songs on the list. Looks like four. I thought there would be more. I thought for sure Little Drummer Boy would be on it. The Harry Simeone Chorale released it in four different years and it charted everytime. I would have thought Michael Jackson would have had one and the Bee Gees too. Also a few of them I don't know at all.

If you're like me, they're probably the more recent ones.

I suppose it would depend on the definition of Top 25.

It could be defined as the top 25 selling singles, or the top 25 based on weeks at number 1 on the charts.

Also, digital sales aren't included in some lists of top 25 selling singles. Many of the digital sales eclipse many from the pre-digital era. Then there's digital sales of older artists that aren't combined with their pre-digital sales.
Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.
