Eddie Money passes at 70

That was quick. Only announced over a week ago that he had stage 4 esophageal cancer and was canceling his tour.

My uncle was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and died 3 weeks later. It either must hide itself well or people don't go to the doctor until they have persistent symptoms and then it's too late.

I'm not sure what year, but the Stones played at Rupp and Eddie Money was their warm up act. I was never a Stones fan....I thought they sucked. I was married at the time and the little lady wanted to go, so we went. Not surprisingly the Stones sucked and we literally got up and left early. As we left the building we ran into Mr. Money outside smoking and talking to a couple of hotties. I think it was raining. We chatted briefly and left. LOL. RIP Eddie Money.

I was never a Stones fan either. Sure they have some really good songs but I have always thought they were way overrated. Can't hold Led Zepps jock, IMO.
