From time to time, we're unable to watch tv because it says the is no Internet connection but, at the same time, we have a Internet connection to the Laptop and the PC. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Couple things, Matt. Call your internet service provider and tell them the problem. They can send a signal to your router and fix the issue. If that don't work, it could be your means of streaming. We have Hulu, and from what I've read, it could be your device. We have an older Firestick, and am getting a Roku soon to combat this problem. Supposedly, Hulu works better on a Roku from everything I have read. You can restart your firestick. Hold the center button and the play/pause button at the same time until the stick restarts (your tv screen will prompt you when this is occurring).Isaiah 5:20 -
We have the Roku, that's what we started with. I read that it could also be that our 'Net speed is too slow. My wife usually leaves her Tablet on 24/7 and I do the same with the PC which, as I understand it, could be putting a drain on our "net speed to the tv. I noticed she turned the PC off last light after I went to bed so she must have had some problems then. I haven't talked to her this morning to see what happened last night. I'll keep you informed.Couple things, Matt. Call your internet service provider and tell them the problem. They can send a signal to your router and fix the issue.
