    For All History Buffs......

I drive by St. Stephens often in Schnitzelburg here in Lousiville and just noticed the new historical marker. Thought some of you would appreciate this....

Good luck with that lol!! I've spent a lot of time in S-Burg in my life but I've never played Dainty. Been to lot's of World Championships but only as a spectator. George Hauck, the iconic owner of Hauck's food store there on the corner of Goss just sold his business. It's been there for 100 years and was the "official sponsor" of the contests. Severe blow to the area. In the 80's my daughter and I would walk there and get baloney sandwichs, chips, and a carton of milk. No telling what's gonna be there next.

Don’t live in the area but always enjoy time there for festivals or to get something to eat. Hope something goes in that is consistent with the neighborhood
