    Basketball Question # 4.

    In the last two minutes of the second period, an official passes on a play in which a secondary defender walls up in the Restricted Area in an attempt to block a shot. Another official tells the calling official that the defender became airborne and should have been assessed a foul. RULING-The official may not use instant replay to determine if the secondary defender was airborne.
