South of Nicholasville in the palisades above the Kentucky river, power is still on and hoping it stays that way! Light to moderate ice on the trees and covering four or five inches of snow.

In Jeffersontown, about 2 inches. Heard pinging on the windows around 2. A hard crunch on top of ice/sleet. Supposed to snow til this afternoon. We have electricity.

Wintry mix here, the ground is covered. Power stayed on…finished breakfast, all is good. Glad you all are okay.

No loss of electricity and the furnaces are still humming thank the Lord. Per TWC we could still get some freezing precipitation today although it's supposed to be in the mid to upper 30's. It's still dark but it looks like we may have gotten about two in. of the mix. I'd like to hear from everyone to make sure you all are safe.

Been snowing awhile here. Hasn’t covered the ground. Local news will be on in a few minutes. Wondering if totals will drop.

Lexington is setting up to get about 8 inches which is better than some of the forecasts this week. It started snowing just before 2pm. Appears to be about .25 on the ground after 45 minutes.

It started here about an hour or so ago. It's not snowing very hard yet but our driveway and yard are already white.

I'm glad we do have a generator
I've got a generator too. I bought one several years ago. It just recently got recalled. Took it back to Costo and got a refund. Went home and ordered another and just received maybe a month ago. Got it unboxed, finally, and charged up yesterday so I think I'm ready. Solar panels next to my back door LOL!!!
